Whip up a quick and easy Costco salmon burger using an air fryer in under 15 minutes! Perfect for unwinding after a long day at work or study, I added a crispy hashbrown to elevate the texture and flavor. This high-protein, delicious comfort meal is a satisfying, hassle-free option for anyone with a busy lifestyle. Give it a try for a tasty, effortless dinner!

Ingredients
For the burger:
- 1 frozen salmon burger patty
- 1 frozen hash brown
- 1 burger bun I used Dempster's Signature The Gold Burger Buns.
- 3 slices bread and butter pickles (or regular sliced pickles)
For the Sauce:
- 1/2 tbsp light mayo (or regular mayo)
- 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp Trader Joe's Carolina Gold Barbeque Sauce (or regular mustard sauce)
Instructions
Prep the Air Fryer:
- Line your air fryer with parchment paper. Place 1 frozen salmon burger patty and 1 hashbrown inside.
Cook:
- Set the air fryer to 380°F. Fry for 7 minutes, flip, and cook for another 7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Toast the Bun (Optional):
- While the patty and hashbrown cook, lightly toast the burger bun for 1 minute or to your desired crispiness.
Assemble:
- Spread your favorite sauces on the buns, place the cooked salmon patty and hashbrown, add pickles, and enjoy!
