Ingredients
  

For the burger:
  • 1 frozen salmon burger patty
  • 1 frozen hash brown
  • 1 burger bun I used Dempster's Signature The Gold Burger Buns.
  • 3 slices bread and butter pickles (or regular sliced pickles)
For the Sauce:
  • 1/2 tbsp light mayo (or regular mayo)
  • 1/2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp Trader Joe's Carolina Gold Barbeque Sauce (or regular mustard sauce)

Method
 

Prep the Air Fryer:
  1. Line your air fryer with parchment paper. Place 1 frozen salmon burger patty and 1 hashbrown inside.
Cook:
  1. Set the air fryer to 380°F. Fry for 7 minutes, flip, and cook for another 7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Toast the Bun (Optional):
  1. While the patty and hashbrown cook, lightly toast the burger bun for 1 minute or to your desired crispiness.
Assemble:
  1. Spread your favorite sauces on the buns, place the cooked salmon patty and hashbrown, add pickles, and enjoy!
